Shipping & Delivery

All orders will typically be dispatched within 2-5 business day from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. TurboTorp is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and TurboTorp will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. TurboTorp is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

Our products typically take 10-20 business days to arrive. If your order gets stuck in customs, it may take a few more days to get released. We are working on faster shipping.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
 
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE IF I ORDER MORE THAN 1 PRODUCTS?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
